Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns and offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received an expired product.

To be eligible for a return/replacement:

  1. You must raise a request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. For damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.
  3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request?

Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.
  • If the issue is verified, a refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
